The baptistery is one of the oldest and most representative buildings in Parma, begun in 1196 by Benedetto Antelami, also executor of the portals sculptures, octagonal building entirely made of Italian rose marble.
The accommodation, located on the first floor, has a comfortable double bed, a large private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen LED TV, a desk, and a kitchenette complete with induction cooker, microwave and mini bar. The large French windows of the room make it possible to access a terrace with tables and chairs outdoors for the exclusive use of Palazzo Domanto guests. Depending on the needs, the room can also be connected to the one on the lower floor, creating a real duplex apartment.

The palace
The splendid Palazzo Domanto is a large building in the center of Parma dating back to the early ‘900, completely renovated to accommodate tourists, travelers and anyone passing through Parma wants to stay in a historic building of the city and walk through the ancient lanes where even today time seems to have stopped.
Palazzo Domanto is located in Via Dalmazia, a small alley in the historic city center adjacent to the famous Strada della Repubblica, one of the main shopping streets of the city, surrounded by numerous and characteristic villages, full of typical restaurants and bars.
